Administrative Assistant - Knysna
POSITION INFO:
My client in the investment industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their company.
Starting date: 2 June 2025
Salary: R10k - R15k basic
Trading Hours: 08h00 - 13h00 Mondays to Fridays
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding process including FICA registrations and document collection.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all onboarding and compliance documents are accurately loaded, filed, and maintained.
- Compliance Support: Assist with monthly compliance tasks and maintain CPD certificates and records.
- Client Account Administration: Track client balances, statements, and closing balances; manage and update Investec accounts.
- Recurring Transactions: Process and monitor recurring payments for clients.
- Mediation & Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and advisors for routine queries and mediation where needed.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail is essential
- Administrative experience (1-2 years)
- Willing to undergo training
- Must thrive in a stressful, fast-paced environment
