Our client specialising in the financial services industry is looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Consultant to support the day-to-day operations of the business, attending of events, client interactions, and office activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and has an interest in the finance sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and professional environment.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric
2-3 years’ experience in an administrative support role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High level of attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel nationally from time to time

DUTIES

Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
Offer high quality of customer support
Build sound customer relations
Responding to client and internal emails promptly and effectively
Maintaining organised records and filing systems
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Attend continuous training courses within the financial services industry

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
