SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG industry, has an opportunity available for an Administrative Controller - Quality Control to be based in the Clayville area. This will be FTC for 12 months.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • National Diploma
  • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
  • Experience in working with senior management
  • Computer literacy (Advanced)
  • Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

KPAs:

  • Administer the product status (quality aspects) on WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) (Startrak)
  • Control and communicate product release and quarantine        
  • Control and communicate product rejections and rework        
  • Review and update auto-quarantine and auto-release status of products        
  • Obtain product test result and status from laboratory 
  • Compile a weekly report on rejected and rework product status and communicate to the business
