Where You'll Make an Impact: Maintain and update customer master data records in CRM, ERP, and other platforms Conduct data cleansing activities to eliminate duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records Verify and update customer contact details to ensure data accuracy Generate reports on customer data quality and sales support activities Provide essential administrative support to the Sales Team Support initiatives aimed at improving processes and ensuring compliance with data governance standards Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in data management or administrative roles Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of R and C is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good understanding of data governance and process improvement Familiarity with the following: CRM and ERP systems Data cleansing techniques Reporting tools Ready to make a meaningful impact with your data management skills?
