POSITION INFO:

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Administrator to join their team.

Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha

Job type: Permanent - On Site

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assistant to Plant Manager
• Attend to calls, reception, visitors and/or receiving of deliveries
• Maintain office systems and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
• Serve as a liaison between departments and provide administrative duties
• Manage the maintenance, controlling and organisation of office equipment and supplies
• Perform reporting and other tasks as required

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Administration or Logistics qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration
• Experience in Invoicing will be an added advantage
• Above average computer skills – MS Office and Outlook (EXCEL intermediate non-negotiable)
• Speed and accuracy in data capturing
