A leading investment-focused financial planning firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Administrator to join their high-performing team. Position Overview

Role: Administrator
Location: Durban
Terms: Permanent employment
Work Hours: Full-time, 08:00–16:30, office-based

Key Responsibilities The Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, including:

Preparing compliance documentation for audits and records.
Compiling policy schedules and investment reports for advisor meetings.
Organizing meeting files for in-person engagements.
Resolving administrative tasks via phone and online platforms, collaborating with service providers and team members.
Addressing queries and providing detailed feedback to the administration manager.
Supporting general administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Matric certificate.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the financial services or investments industry, ideally with a CAT I Financial Services Provider (FSP).
Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, including FAIS.
