Position Overview

• Terms: Permanent employment

• Work Hours: Full-time, 08:00–16:30, office-based

Key Responsibilities The Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, including:

• Preparing compliance documentation for audits and records.

• Compiling policy schedules and investment reports for advisor meetings.

• Organizing meeting files for in-person engagements.

• Resolving administrative tasks via phone and online platforms, collaborating with service providers and team members.

• Addressing queries and providing detailed feedback to the administration manager.

• Supporting general administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Matric certificate.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the financial services or investments industry, ideally with a CAT I Financial Services Provider (FSP).

• Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, including FAIS.
