A well-established company in the meat processing industry, based in Rocky’s Drift, is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 1+ year’s experience in an administrative role (preferred)
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (essential)
• Pastel experience is beneficial
• Strong organisational, filing, and communication skills

• Processing and managing invoices accurately
• Answering phone calls and attending to client enquiries
• Filing and maintaining records for various departments
• Assisting the Accounts Department with routine tasks
• Ensuring smooth administrative operations within the office
• Supporting team members with ad hoc administrative tasks
