A well-established company in the meat processing industry, based in Rocky’s Drift, is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
1+ year’s experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (essential)
Pastel experience is beneficial
Strong organisational, filing, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and managing invoices accurately
Answering phone calls and attending to client enquiries
Filing and maintaining records for various departments
Assisting the Accounts Department with routine tasks
Ensuring smooth administrative operations within the office
Supporting team members with ad hoc administrative tasks
