JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is an established South African property and real estate company, based in Pretoria East, who is looking for an experienced Administrator. The successful candidate should come from a property or real estate background with more than 4 years’ experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Matric.
Essential: Valid Drivers’ License as well as your own vehicle.
Essential: Computer literate.
Essential: Experience in the Property or Real Estate industry.
Beneficial: Relevant Higher Qualification.
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage office equipment.
Liaise with clients.
Direct guests.
Answer telephone and handling queries.
Administrative ad hoc duties.
Filing.
Bookings and scheduling of appointments.
