POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator / Bookkeeper to join their team in the KZN Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for numbers and a knack for organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Perform reconciliations for both creditors and debtors.
Manage key accounts with clear and confident communication.
Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and customer complaints.
Adapt quickly to various programs and online systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Proficiency in Pastel and Sage Online.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Solid experience in managing reconciliations for creditors and debtors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of computer literacy and adaptability to new software.
