Must be able to work in the Bellville area of Cape Town

Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently (Word | Excel |Etc.)
Financial background will be beneficial (Raising invoices | Etc.)
English/Afrikaans
Xhosa will be an advantage

Tasks expected for this role:

Answering telephones
Reception duties (Walk-ins | Etc.)
Assist with filing (HR | Finance | Admin)
Placing orders with suppliers
Downloading site pictures
Setting up time slots (Boardrooms | Training Rooms)
Daily report updates (Weather | Staff onsite | Sites Running | Etc.
Monitor attendance of teams
Liaise with subcontractors
