SUMMARY:
Our client in the public sector has an opportunity available for an Administrator: Corporate Secretariat in the Sandton area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

  • Three years National Diploma in Relevant field
  • 2 -3 years proven corporate secretariat Administration experience
  • Experience on dealing with Securities
  • Corporate governance issues, corporate law (in particular, the New Companies Act)
  • Practical Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Good planning and Organising skill
KPAs:
  • Ensure the filling and maintenance of the annual returns of subsidiaries on the system
  • Ensure that all Executive, Board and Committee meeting packs are prepared timeously and distributed accordingly
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes at meetings
  • Ability to conduct effective research and to prepare integrated reports
  • To ensure that both manual and electronic filing system is up to date and easily accessible
