Our client has an excellent opportunity for you to join their small interactive highly successful administration team in the Northern Suburbs. Own transport essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 / Matric plus own transport essential
Computer Literate
Bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
Confident, a team player who is well-spoken and presentable
Excellent communication skills

DUTIES:
Dealing with incoming clients with their sales orders
Liaising telephonically with clients with their product enquiries and sales orders
All administration duties pertaining to various orders
Invoicing on Pastel
Accurate order taking
Explaining product requirements to client and various options available
Extensive client liaison
Completing excel spread sheets
Assisting in any areas of the department where help is required with ad-hoc duties
Working as a team player with all members of the department

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience
