SUMMARY:
MASA Outsourcing is a recruitment powerhouse with branches in Cape Town, Durban, JHB, and PE and we are looking to permanently place a Financial Administrator in our Durban branch.

POSITION INFO:
This position requires an individual who is highly meticulous and is numerically inclined.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Expenditure tracking (incl. fuel, e-toll, and cell phone expenses of employees).
Accurately updating monthly procurement expenditure.
Sourcing Suppliers, Obtaining Quotations, Negotiate Pricing, Creating Purchase Orders (Maintaining a good relationship between suppliers and MASA).
Processing Invoices and Reconciling accounts.
Matching Purchase orders to Delivery Notes/Invoices.
Ensure suppliers are B-BBEE compliant / Compiling of Certificates and replacing non-compliant suppliers.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a large/corporate company.
Relevant financial administration experience and/or relevant qualifications.
Experience using Pastel Accounting Software.
Meticulous and Numerically Inclined.
Advanced computer skills, (MS office suite – including Excel and Pastel Software).
