Quality control and submission of work to DOJ within a deadline driven environment
Providing office and administrative support to either a team or individuals.

DutiesÂ include

Coordinating requests received from clients,Â
Liaising with courts to obtain audios,
Preparing cost estimations,
Issuing work to typists,
Resolving queries,
Fielding telephone calls,
Receiving and directing visitors,
Creating spreadsheets and presentations
Filing amongst other administrative duties.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualification:

Excellent knowledge of legal transcripts.

Preferred Qualification:

Extensive experience in typing legal transcripts as well as quality control of other typistsâ?? submissions before sending back to court

Experience required:

Ability to spot mistakes in layout and legal terminology especially Latin and judicial terminology
