Our client, a prominent and upmarket retail center in Port Elizabeth is looking to employ a Administrator / Front Line Coordinator to their small yet dynamic team.  An awesome career opportunity awaits.

Responsibilities:

• General office administration.
• Front line coordinator / receptionist.
• Tenant liaison.
• PA to Ops Manager.
• To play a supportive and back up role to the Ops Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively.
• Written communication skills to effectively convey information in a simple (east-to-understand) way.
• Skilled in full MS Office suite.
