Administrator - Technical Finance

SUMMARY:
Our Finance department is seeking an individual with MySQL experience to perform administrative duties within the finance department.

POSITION INFO:

• Process Debtors Accounts:

◦ Credit notes and debit notes

◦ Returns and unpaids

◦ cash allocations

◦ refunds

◦ naedo account

◦ bank reconciliation

◦ Queries and Resolutions

◦ Banks and Service provider collections via Debit systems

◦ MySQL Scripting and reporting

◦ Critical Data Analysis and Reporting

Compile and submit periodic reports:

• Create financial reports
• Submit reports
• Compile and submit ad hoc reports
• Critical Data Analysis and Reporting
• Essential Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12 )
• Certificate in Accounting
• 
  
• Essential Experience:

• 2 year accounting experience
• 3 year administration experience.
• MySQL experience (MUST HAVE)
