POSITION INFO:
Our client in George, has a vacancy for a resourceful and solutions orientated Admitted Attorney, specializing in Deceased Estates and Wills, to form part of their dynamic team.

Requirements: 

• Be a South African citizen
• Bachelor of Law / LLB
• Admitted Attorney
• 2 to 4 years’ post-article experience in estate planning, drafting of wills, administration in deceased estates and compliance as well as trust administrations
• Be able to independently attend to estate planning, drafting of wills, administration in deceased estates (from start to finish)
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Own vehicle, a valid driver’s license and willing to travel when needed
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Advanced organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
