ADVANCED AESTHETIC THERAPIST & ADMIN ASSISTANT

TABLE VIEW - West Coast, Western-Cape (South Africa)

START: ASAP

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00 pm
• Business closure over Christmas & New Years for all employees 

REPORTS TO: Practice Manager / Doctor

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time / Permanent

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R15,000 p/m (Based on experience)
• Service Commission
• LASER Commission
• Retail Commission

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Somatology 
2. BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics (not minimum requirement but nice to have!)
3. LASER (HR & SJ) experience 
4. Confident and knowledgeable on advanced aesthetic procedures
5. Must be based close to Table View / Milnerton / Bloubergstrand area for traveling purposes
6. Computer & Admin confident - (data capturing, social media, invoicing)
7. Professional English command for business + Afrikaans converse (Bonus)

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 3+ Years experience in Aesthetics (qualified)
2. Experience working with active ingredients
3. Aesthetic devices and advanced treatments 
4. LASER hair removal & skin rejuvenation experienced
5. Medical practice experience highly favorable 
6. Previous admin duties experience
7. Reception experience / ability to assist on the front desk when operationally required
