TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday – Saturday
- 09:00am - 17:00pm / 09:00am - 14:00pm
- Sundays & Major Public Holidays - CLOSED
REPORT TO: Practice Manager
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R10,000 Basic Salary per month
- 10% Commission earned from R1+
- Retail Commission - tiered
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African citizen with a clear criminal record
- Formal qualification (Diploma) in Skin Care Therapy / Somatology (minimum 2-year qualification)
- Dermal Aesthetics / Advanced Somatology Diploma / B-tech Degree - BONUS
- LASER proficient and confident - non negotiable
- Accredited by either CIDESCO / SAAHSP / CIBTAC or ITEC
- Must be based within the greater Bloubergstrand area with reliable transport
- Excellent client & patient rapport skills, building lasting relationships is essential
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3+ years employment experience post-graduation in an Aesthetic environment
- Deliver professional, advanced and active ingredients based therapies
- Previous experience working in a laser, or medical aesthetic environment
SKILLS:
- Advanced Skin Care including Peels
- Detailed Skin Analysis
- Needling & CIT
- Dermaplaning
- Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Skin Rejuvenation
- IPL treatments
- Guidance and support offered to clients on skin care journey & expectations
