AESTHETIC-SPA THERAPIST

TZANEEN, Limpopo (ZA)

START: ASAP / 01 June 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Tuesday - Saturday 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Sunday 08:00am - 15:00pm (based on operations)
• Flexible regarding overtime on occassion based on hotel bookings
• OPEN all major public holidays except Christmas Day & Good Friday

REPORT TO: Hotel GM / Owner

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• R6,500 Basic Salary per month (negotiable based on experience & skills)
• 15% Service Commission 
• 10% Retail Commission 
• Single Accommodation with own bathroom & kitchenette (valued at R3,500 - cost to company)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
2. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
3. DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
4. Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
5. Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
6. Confident retailer 

EXPERIENCE:

1. Day Spa experience within a Hotel or Resort or independent day spa
2. Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable
3. Confident in Skin Care & Body Care
4. Holistic Wellness approach favorable
5. Aesthetic experience is a bonus (Peels, Advanced Facials, Micro-needling)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
2. Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
3. Retail confident
4. Confidently re-book clients where applicable
5. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
6. Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
