AESTHETIC-SPA THERAPIST
TZANEEN, Limpopo (ZA)
START: ASAP / 01 June 2025
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Tuesday - Saturday 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Sunday 08:00am - 15:00pm (based on operations)
- Flexible regarding overtime on occassion based on hotel bookings
- OPEN all major public holidays except Christmas Day & Good Friday
REPORT TO: Hotel GM / Owner
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
- R6,500 Basic Salary per month (negotiable based on experience & skills)
- 15% Service Commission
- 10% Retail Commission
- Single Accommodation with own bathroom & kitchenette (valued at R3,500 - cost to company)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
- DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
- Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
- Confident retailer
EXPERIENCE:
- Day Spa experience within a Hotel or Resort or independent day spa
- Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable
- Confident in Skin Care & Body Care
- Holistic Wellness approach favorable
- Aesthetic experience is a bonus (Peels, Advanced Facials, Micro-needling)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
- Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
- Retail confident
- Confidently re-book clients where applicable
- Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
- Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
