Affiliate Account Coordinator & Manager

Your key job responsibilities as the Affiliate Account Coordinator & Manager in Cape Town (Remote) will include:

• Coordinate and implement reactivation activity to the dormant base of affiliates in the program
• Onboard new affiliates, including collecting relevant and necessary information and documentation for new affiliates
• Coordinate and fulfil promotions that encourage affiliates to generate acquisitions.
• Select and brief appropriate creative, ensure creative is available to affiliates in a timeous manner
• Coordinate social media activity with the Social Media Manager to ensure that relevant and engaging campaigns are delivered. Follow up with leads generated via social media channels
• Co-ordination of back-end fulfilment with other departments, including promotions and welcome offers
• Account managing a portfolio of existing affiliate partners to maximize revenue generation including managing ongoing communications with affiliates, ensuring queries are responded to accurately and in a timeous manner. Develop good working relationships with top performing affiliate
• Review affiliate performance by monitoring key metrics such as traffic, registrations, conversion, new customers, cost per acquisition, deal break evens and overall revenue generated
• Networking and attendance at international conferences, where applicable
• Attend networking opportunities
• Monitoring and participating in affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen affiliate relationships as required
• Support the Affiliate Manager in adhoc duties as necessary
