Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with affiliates in the online gaming/gambling space. The ideal candidate will drive traffic and conversions through affiliate partnerships while ensuring brand compliance, effective communication, and long-term collaboration. This role focuses on acquisition, relationship building, and ensuring affiliates operate in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Relationship Management

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners targeting the South African gaming market.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates.
• Negotiate and optimize deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) to maximize ROI.

• Monitor daily affiliate traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Identify underperforming partners and implement improvement strategies.
• Provide affiliates with regular performance reports and insights.

• Ensure all affiliate marketing activity complies with the National Gambling Act, provincial regulations, and advertising standards.
• Monitor affiliate channels for brand misuse, false advertising, or non-compliant messaging.
• Educate affiliates on responsible gambling requirements and legal restrictions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, content, design) to provide affiliates with up-to-date creatives, bonus offers, and tracking links.
• Support launches of new games, promotions, and product features through affiliate networks.

• Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends in South African iGaming.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities through influencer networks or niche communities.
• Recommend product, user journey, or landing page optimizations based on affiliate feedback.

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within online gambling, betting, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deal models.
• Familiar with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to spot trends and adjust strategies.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible marketing practices.
• Proven ability to manage and grow affiliate portfolios.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
