An established international Online Casino and Sportsbook organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Affiliate Manager to lead affiliate acquisition, partnership growth, and revenue generation across French-speaking markets.
This senior-level position is ideally suited to a high-performing affiliate marketing professional with extensive experience within the iGaming sector, gained through a major international operator, sportsbook, casino brand, or affiliate network. The successful candidate will bring an established portfolio of affiliate relationships, strategic media partnerships, and proven acquisition channels capable of delivering immediate commercial impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Partnership Management
- Manage, develop, and expand affiliate partnerships across French markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners, publishers, media owners, and acquisition channels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring long-term engagement and performance.
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate immediate player acquisition opportunities.
- Develop partnership strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and optimise partnership terms to maximise profitability.
Performance & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies aligned with acquisition and revenue objectives.
- Monitor affiliate performance across CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), Revenue Share, and Hybrid commercial models.
- Analyse campaign performance, traffic quality, player value, and conversion metrics.
- Continuously optimise affiliate programmes to improve ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
Collaboration & Market Development
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Compliance, and Analytics teams to support affiliate initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure affiliate activities remain compliant with relevant regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
Industry Representation
- Attend international iGaming conferences, networking events, and affiliate exhibitions.
- Represent the business within the affiliate community and strengthen industry relationships.
- Identify emerging partnership opportunities and market trends.
Minimum RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Affiliate Marketing within the Online Casino and Sportsbook industry.
- Current or previous experience working for a large international iGaming operator, sportsbook, casino group, or affiliate network.
- Demonstrated success managing high-value affiliate programmes and partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving significant player acquisition, customer growth, and revenue generation.
- Experience working within regulated gaming markets is highly advantageous.
Industry Network
- Established portfolio of affiliate relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Existing network of media partners, publishers, and acquisition channels capable of delivering immediate commercial value.
- Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems within French-speaking markets.
