SUMMARY:
A well-established tobacco producer and exporter is seeking an ambitious Graduate to be trained in all aspects of tobacco production in Africa, with the aim to grow, maintain, monitor and add value to a compliant and sustainable tobacco product.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a B.Sc. in Agriculture or similar
Previous work experience in the agricultural sector will be advantageous
Must be willing to travel extensively and to work in Southern and Eastern Africa
A valid drivers’ license and Passport are essential

The scope of the opportunity:

Participating in an initial 24-month management training program covering all aspects of the company’s Tobacco production Agri-business model in Africa.
Working towards growing, maintaining, monitoring and value addition to a compliant, sustainable tobacco product.
Exploring and succeeding in different aspects of the business, not limited to crop production.
Travelling extensively throughout Southern and Eastern Africa and be stationed at different areas within Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and South Africa for extended periods.
