POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a customer-focused After Sales Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and service solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, conducting troubleshooting, and ensuring that equipment runs at peak performance. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service that drives client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and solutions to clients post-installation.
Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Conduct product training and demonstrations where required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Previous experience in an after-sales/service engineering role.
Strong technical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to clients' sites.
