Aftersales Operations Manager - Polokwane - Limpopo

POSITION INFO:
A well-established Motor Dealership is looking for a Aftersales Operations Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
Supervise staff on daily tasks
Providing training to new and existing staff as needed
Support overall department goals
Handling of all round operations
Daily production management

Requirements:

Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
Proven track record of leading a team to exceed sales targets
Ability to evolve and adapt with changing business needs
Strong middle management person who can take strong control of the departments
Experience in authority of making decisions
Hands on team management with clear goal setting and project mapping / management with the team
Sound understanding of quality standards
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and drive, teams
