Agile Delivery Lead (100% Remote)

SUMMARY:
A fast-growing fintech company is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join their energetic team to expand the company’s footprint across the African continent. You will be contributing to the product and client engagement innovation to offer value and relevance to the company’s customers.

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you will be taking responsibility for overseeing the software delivery life cycle to plan, build and release working software alongside Developers, Testers, Initiative Owners, Data Management and Enablement Teams

You will act as creator, coach and coordinator of delivery governance and ceremonies, ensuring that the teamwork allocation is managed as effectively and efficiently as possible to meet development targets – from Program Increment (PI) Planning to Release Management

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience in Project Manager role or equivalent Agile delivery management role (Required)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience on large projects across multiple delivery times (Required)

Understanding of DevOps, working within delivery teams using Cloud Technology (Beneficial)

Must have managed across multiple countries (Culture, language, and time zone)

Must be proficient in Jira and Confluence

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Industrial Engineering (Required)
