SUMMARY:
Our client in telecommunications sector is seeking a professional Agile Delivery Lead on a contract duration of 6 to 12 months.
We are seeking a dynamicâ¯Agile Delivery Leadâ¯to drive the execution of a high-impact BSS Data Migration program. This role is central to orchestrating cross-functional delivery squads, managing dependencies across legacy and target platforms, and ensuring iterative value realization aligned with transformation milestones.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in IT program/project delivery, with 3+ years in Agile leadership roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Release Train Engineer).
- Proven track record delivering BSS-related projects in telecom environments – e.g., Billing, CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to adapt them to large-scale system integration projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including in-house and vendor resources, across onshore/offshore models.
- Strong knowledge of Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally).
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and program-level reporting.
- Familiarity with software development, integration, and testing processes in BSS/OSS environments.
- Experience working with BSS vendors such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, CSG, etc.
- Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (e.g., eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
- SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Release Train Engineer) or Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.).
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation in an Agile environment.
- Telecom or digital service provider background strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
