As an Agile Chapter Lead you will look after 5 Scrum Masters, helping them understand the why, not just the how of Scrum and Agility. You'll nurture and support their personal development whilst fostering a positive and open Agile culture with a focus on delivering customer value.
You'll have the support and backing to set up training and workshops to grow their Agile Community- a great opportunity to put your own stamp on things!
Continued learning and progression is ingrained in their daily life - you'll take advantage of the bundles of training, funded certification/accreditations, whilst also having your own career progression roadmap outlined from day one.
HQ'd near Manchester - you can work from home, in the office, or a mix of both. They offer flexi - hours too!
What are we looking for?
- Leadership and mentoring/coaching experience
- Commercial experience as a Scrum Master
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall
