JOB SUMMARY:
A large company is looking to employ an Agile Master, able to speak German, with finance experience to work on exciting projects in the Johannesburg area. If you are interested working with the Business Data Service team and expanding your certifications, please apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential and advantageous skills:
  • German speaking
  • Previous exposure to a finance function (either being in a finance function or Agile Master for a team that services a Finance Function)
  • Ability to bring agile methodologies to a team
  • Basic knowledge on GTS / Customs Business processes especially in the plant area
  • Knowledge of, ITPM, AWM (Beginners)
  • Basic knowledge in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence)
  • IT / Business Degree
  • Degree / Certification / Diploma in Project Management (PMI / PMBOK / Prince II) (Beginners) or willing to do this during the next 2 years
  • Certification / Diploma in Quality Assurance within an IT / SDLC context (Beginners) or willing to do this during the next 2 years
  • At least one of the following: or willing to do this during the next 2 years
    • Professional Scrum Master I™ (scrum.org)
    • Certified ScrumMaster® (scrumailliance.org)
    • Certified SAFe® Scrum Master (scaledagile.com)
  • ICAgile Certified Professional – Coaching (ICP-C) (agilecoachinginstitute.com) or willing to do this during the next 2 years
  • IT operations Know How, SAP experience will be fine
