Agile Project Managers with Scrum Master experience: FTC: Banking: SAP Project Experience

To facilitate projects to successful implementation of Agile as defined by the Agile Centre of Excellence (ACE). Focus on continuous improvement by providing support and partnering with Agile Transformational teams. Support and partner with Agile Transformational teams within the Group technology structure (Application Development and Maintenance, Project Management, Agile CoE, Human Resources) to promote collaboration and ensure consistent application of Lean and Agile best practices.

PM experience required
Scrum Master certification and practical scrum master experience required
SAFe certification and experience preferred
EE candidates encouraged to apply

Must Have:

Certificate: Project Management
Project Management Professional

Agile Concepts 5 years’ experience
Agile Development (Proficient) 4 years’ experience
Agile Estimation and Prioritization 4 years’ experience
Agile Planning5 years’ experience
Agile practice (Expert) 3 years’ experience
Communication & Presentation skills and 7 years communication skills with all levels of employees
Manage Project Cost 7 years’ experience
Managing multiple projects 5 years’ experience
Microsoft Office Products 5 years’ experience
Microsoft Projects 7 years’ experience
Negotiation Skills 5 years’ experience
Principles of Project Management
Project Estimating 5 years’ experience
Project management principles and methodologies 5 years’ experience
Project Planning 5 years’ experience
Project Resource Management 5 years’ experience
Project Scheduling
Relevant project and process applications 5 years’ experience
SAFE Framework 3 years’ experience
Written and Verbal Communication Skills 7 years’ experience
