Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team remotely on a Contract basis. Our client offers great benefits, stability, growth and an attractive salary.

Description

Our client requires an Agile Scrum Master that is good with planning, communication and timing within an Agile Team.

Requirements

This candidate needs to demonstrate a strong understanding with experience in Agile, and must have experience working with Azure DevOps.
Reporting is pivotal to the role and requires a good understanding of what value business will require as feedback from the team, reports that are essential to planning, strategy and coordination within the team are velocity reports, process timelines, costs by varying degrees (Role / Application / Time / Complexity).
The person needs to have a personality that can connect well with others especially the immediate team, to create motivation, inspiration, and guidance where applicable. This person must work well with the Architect and establish a common understanding to form a strong team bond that collectively will empower the team to deliver high levels of results.
Supplier management will also be critical as we manage 3^rd party vendors that also add to the delivery of the team, both directly and indirectly for applications related to our backlog.
Must have experience in being able to prioritise workloads and understanding the teams potential to confidently work with business in defining expectations and deliverables pertaining to each sprint.
Ability to remove blockers imposed on the team through all levels of business and suppliers, this person must act as an enabler to the team making delivery less admin and stress intensive.
