Aluminium Installation Technician Area: Meyerton, Gauteng Salary: R6400 to R12800 p\/m (depending on experience) An established company based in Meyerton is seeking a skilled Aluminium Window & Door Installer to join their installation team. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual with experience installing aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts, partitions, glazing systems and related architectural aluminium products. Key Responsibilities Install aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts, partitions and related aluminium products. Read and interpret technical drawings and installation specifications. Measure, mark and prepare materials for installation. Cut, assemble and fit aluminium components accurately. Install frames, glazing, hardware and accessories. Ensure installations are level, secure and weatherproof. Seal joints using silicone and other approved sealants. Repair, replace and maintain existing aluminium installations. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders and scaffolding. Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite. Follow all health and safety regulations. Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards. Minimum Requirements Previous experience installing aluminium windows, doors, shopfronts or similar aluminium products. Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately. Experience using hand and power tools. Knowledge of glazing and aluminium installation techniques. Good understanding of construction site safety. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team. Valid South African driver''''''''s licence (advantageous) Matric (Grade 12) will be advantageous. Must reside in or close to Meyerton.
