What will you do?
Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational Elicit requirements using interviews or facilitation sessions as required, effectively communicating the objective and outcomes to be delivered with relevant stakeholders. Understand the needs from multiple stakeholders:
- Develop requirements specifications, using natural language.
- Document analytical insights gained from requirements elicitation sessions as well as options or design considerations discussed or shared so that these can be used further through the solution engineering process.
- Identify current and future state business processes, functional context views and system context views, as required.
- Collaborate architects, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the technical solution views and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
- Help the business stakeholders envision the solutions will address the requirements.
- Facilitate the elicitation of non-functional requirements.
- Engage in unpacking the scenarios and aspects that contribute to those requirements.
- Clearly identify and agree with all stakeholders’ expectations and outcomes from deliverables and insights provided by analysis function to tailor the relevant level of insights and information to be documented as part of the deliverables.
- Produce Business analysis and or systems analysis documents covering the agreed to content typically including business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
- Identification and definition of user stories or use cases and alignment to broader context Epics and or scope entities related to the requirements
- Contributing to the sizing and assessment of work items (user stories and or tasks) for the purpose of informing planned delivery and discussion with business.
- Baselining of any requirements or systems specifications irrespective of its level of completion and evolving to a point of completion.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,
decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level
information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the
underlying true needs.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties / stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the necessary artefacts as needed or agreed:
- Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI,
- Screen and Interface designs, System flows / Sequence flows and Context Views
- Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives Simultaneously.

- Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of solution
architectures
- Assess and challenge assumptions that based on analysis do not appear to be
feasible either technically or from a planned execution perspective.
- For system focused analysis, delivering elements of systems design, including data mapping between systems, analysing interface specifications, validation, and rules mapping, data transformation requirements
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter
experts.
- Serve as one of the key conduits between the business and or customer community (internal and external customers) and the solution engineering teams (Architects, designers, and developers) through which requirements flow.
- Work closely with testing team in validating all test cases have been adequately identified.
- Assist in the testing process within feature teams and the UAT process.
- Ability to work well with ambiguity typically found in the initial stages of projects or business demand items. Assisting in the shaping of scope, requirements, and impacts shout priorities need to be reshuffled.
- Ability to provide review of interviews and planning session outputs including review of the Business Objectives (the business risks, problems, and opportunities to be addressed in the new proposal), walkthrough and review of Business Requirements.
- Specification, walkthrough, and review of Benefits Realisation Plan.

requirements, Functional and Non-Functional views aligned to Solution Architecture and design.
