A respected financial services provider is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Analyst to join its growing team. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to support business performance reviews.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

BCom in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (essential).
Minimum 2–4 years' experience in a similar analyst role within the financial services industry (non-negotiable).
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
