Program Management Analyst: Fixed Term Contract: Sandton

Purpose of Job:
Provide expert knowledge and support in business performance management, project portfolio management, business data analysis, business process modelling, cost and benefit tracking, and project management.

Lead and contribute to initiatives and projects aimed at improving energy business services performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of various data sources used at Client Group (SAP, Sharepoint, K2, and Arc) and enable accessibility to the data.
• Design and implement a reporting framework to consistently track each of the specific business service areas transition plans.
• Submit regular reports on the key milestones for the business services transition plan and propose corrections when required.
• Oversee and execute processes related to reporting and governance of the transition office in energy business services to realize successful program management delivery and reporting commitments.
• Identify and analyze trends, establish recommendations and improvement opportunities, and report to management.
• Drive automation and set specific automation targets from a reporting point of view in conjunction with the program manager.
• Apply data cleaning techniques to enable the achievement of accurate and clear data.
• Devise and maintain real-time programme management dashboards and lead other business services teams in the development.
• Manage and update dashboards weekly and monthly with the relevant information to guarantee accurate analysis.
• Establish, track, and preserve benefits register for all programme management initiatives and business case deliverables.
• Apply evidence based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations.
• Implement Client Group''s risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to enable the provision of exceptional programme management.
• Continuously improve own skills and knowledge. Complete, implement, and track personal development plan to attain personal performance goals.

Formal Education and Experience:

Matric & University Bachelor’s Degree

6+ relevant years
