Analyst: Remuneration and Benefits

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a B.Com Finance/ HR Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in remuneration, data analysis, job evaluation, grading and employee benefits administration
• Strong statistical, analytical and research skills
• High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
• Ability to negotiate with various stake holders at multiple levels

KPAs:

• Evaluate and analyse job duties and responsibilities and put together an equitable and competitive salary in consultation with Remuneration and Benefits Manager
• Maintaining and updating of Role descriptions
• Participate in remuneration salary surveys and analyse resulting data
• Prepare reports and provide analytical support for ongoing special projects and initiatives
• Advanced Excel skills.
