About the Role As an Application Support Consultant , you will provide first and second-line support for workflow, automation, and business process solutions. You will investigate support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and work closely with development teams to deliver effective resolutions. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent customer service, and continually learning new technologies. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Incident Management Take ownership of customer support tickets from logging through to resolution. Investigate and troubleshoot workflow and automation issues. Provide support via Microsoft Teams, email, and remote sessions. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers. Prioritise incidents according to business impact and service level agreements. Escalate complex issues to development teams when required. Maintain accurate support records and ticket updates within Jira. Technical Troubleshooting & Analysis Analyse workflow, form, integration, and automation issues. Reproduce reported problems and perform root cause analysis. Troubleshoot database-related issues using SQL queries. Investigate integration failures across business systems. Support deployment validation and post-release activities. Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term improvements. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with consultants and developers to resolve customer issues. Assist with testing and issue verification. Support project delivery activities where required. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Technologies You'll Work With Microsoft Power Platform Nintex K2 Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC) SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 SQL Server DocFusion Synatic REST APIs and third-party business applications Experience across all platforms is not required. We are looking for candidates who are proficient in at least one automation platform and eager to expand their skills. Required Skills & Experience Essential 3+ years' experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or a similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting customers in a technical environment. Experience managing support tickets and incident resolution. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Eagerness to learn new technologies and platforms. Technical Experience Experience with at least one of: Microsoft Power Platform Nintex K2 Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC) Additional experience in any of the following will be advantageous: SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 Microsoft Copilot \/ Copilot Studio SQL Server REST APIs Integration platforms JavaScript and CSS Jira Workflow and business process automation solutions What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership and accountability for their work.
