POSITION INFO:

Your role would consist of ticket management and support of client request via the necessary organization desk tool

While using creative troubleshooting methods to resolve or escalate tasks appropriately, you will also ensure that the daily client data processing occurs successfully

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a technical support environment

Exposure to a financial market (Preferred)

Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Iterative testing, debugging and refactoring

Understanding of IT infrastructure environment

ETL or Data Warehousing

Qualification:

Relevant IT qualification (Advantageous)
