An international audit and advisory company is looking to hire an Application controller manager to join their team. The person that they are looking for is an agile, tech savvy individual with great interpersonal skills and is well equipped with the experience and qualifications required to get the job done.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Identify risks as input into business risk identification process
Conduct (ITGCRs)
Conduct Data Analytics Reviews
Prepare audit files with standard information (work papers and reports)
Execute audit programs and record work done
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to address root cause of audit findings
Auditing background and a finesse for controls testing

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric
BCom Honours/Post Graduate Diploma
Qualified CA(SA)
Completed or studying CISA

Experience:

Qualified CA(SA) – Completed 3 years’ experience
1 year in IT auditing would be beneficial
Supervisory skills would be advantageous
Combination of IT audit / financial auditing environment beneficial
Experience with major listed clients beneficial

Skills & Competencies:

Information gathering and problem analysis skills
Quality and detail orientation
Able to demonstrate and exercise sound judgment skills
Eager to learn and accept new challenges
Must have strong teamwork skills
Results driven, able to achieve work goals
