POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leading player in the automotive solutions space. As an Applications Service Desk Support Consultant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clients' support team, helping internal and external customers navigate the IMS/DMS systems. You’ll provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and loves making a difference through service.

Key Responsibilities:

Early morning system checks and daily application support
Resolving support tickets and escalating where needed
Providing top-tier customer service via phone and remote support

Requirements:

IT-related Degree/Diploma
3+ years’ experience with DMS applications (Autoline, Automate, Drive, Evolve, etc.)
Experience in the motor industry is a big plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in a support desk environment
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
