Architectural Draughtsman - Randburg

SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for a (Contract) Candidate with a passion for Architectural Drafting to join their team based in the Randburg area

POSITION INFO:

Key Duties:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and construction plans using REVIT 3D
• Produce council submission drawings
• Able to do detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, XA/XB
• 204 SANS Energy efficient calculations
• Door and window schedules
• Knowledge of Municipality compliance processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well presented, well-spoken candidate in English and Afrikaans
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
