Key Responsibilities

Minimum 3-5 years experience producing detailed technical drawings for residential interiors

Create comprehensive drawing packages, including joinery, ceiling, and lighting layouts

Produce elevations, internal sections, and finishes schedules with accuracy

Translate interior design concepts into construction-ready AutoCAD documentation

Collaborate with designers to maintain design intent and consistency

Ensure all work meets UK construction and presentation standards
About You

3-5+ years experience in technical residential interior detailing

Proven background in high-end residential properties (essential)

Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop

Strong portfolio showing joinery, elevations, and finishes detailing
