JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Technical drawings

Working and construction drawings

Detailing and layouts

Window and door schedules

Space planning

Document coordination and management for assigned projects

Coding plans, elevations and detailed drawings

Compiling and presenting client presentations

Documentation of specifications and illustration sheets

Sourcing general and technical information for documentation

Desired Experience & Qualification

Candidates must have technical design, documentation and detailing experience and preferably experience working on very high-end projects

Relevant experience in Architectural Technical Interior Design - must have furniture design experience

Architectural Technologist qualification or studying towards.
Deadline driven
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously

Interior design experience essential
