Area Client Manager

The Area Client Manager fits within the retail relationship banking division, specifically servicing Small Business and Private Banking segments. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, coaching and managing sales and support teams.
• Leading the team to build and maintain effective professional relationships with low to high value profile clients through contact management.
• Ensure teams deliver on client-centric objectives.
• Manage escalated client complaints to ensure agile resolutions.
• Maintain a capable high performing team and ensure an environment for optimal performance.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in relationship management within the small business and or private banking arena.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• NQF level 6 qualification or higher
• 120 FAIS credits (min)
• RE5 advantageous

This role would suit a bilingual (English & Afrikaans) relationship management team leader or manager who is adept at mentoring sales teams in remote environments.
The role is based in Welkom.
