Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, analyze data, and implement growth strategies.
• Oversee store operations, optimize inventory, and improve efficiency.
• Train, and develop staff, ensuring high performance and retention.
• Maintain excellent customer service, resolve escalations, and enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and provide performance reports for decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in retail management (2+ in multi-unit leadership).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Excel.
• Own car /drivers license
