SUMMARY:
New opportunity available for an Area Manager with good managerial and communication skills.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Correct allocation of resources in the region
• Action plans to ensure high availability with min breakdowns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Continuously work to improve sales, customer service and profitability within the region
• Ensure basic SANS concrete specifications for mixing of concrete are adhere to and company best practises are followed
• Work closely with Financial Controller regarding finance related matters
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team about sales and potential projects within the
• Work closely with Human Resources Manager to ensure compliance in all area of human resources that affect our business and our staff
• The comprehensive goal of the Area Manager and primary objective is to maintain and/or help create an organized and efficient work environment for servicing our customer base
• Bottom line EBITDA responsibility of the region
  

Education:  Minimum Requirements

• Business Management diploma / degree or Equivalent
• C & CI Level III Concrete and higher
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• SHREQ Qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multiple Plant Management
• Must be able to develop and following budgets
• Managing and developing personnel
• Oversee and continuously improving operations
