New opportunity available for an Area Manager with good managerial and communication skills.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Correct allocation of resources in the region
Action plans to ensure high availability with min breakdowns
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Continuously work to improve sales, customer service and profitability within the region
Ensure basic SANS concrete specifications for mixing of concrete are adhere to and company best practises are followed
Work closely with Financial Controller regarding finance related matters
Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team about sales and potential projects within the
Work closely with Human Resources Manager to ensure compliance in all area of human resources that affect our business and our staff
The comprehensive goal of the Area Manager and primary objective is to maintain and/or help create an organized and efficient work environment for servicing our customer base
Bottom line EBITDA responsibility of the region

Education: Minimum Requirements

Business Management diploma / degree or Equivalent
C & CI Level III Concrete and higher
Grade 12 (Matric)
SHREQ Qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multiple Plant Management
Must be able to develop and following budgets
Managing and developing personnel
Oversee and continuously improving operations
